SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping rates will depend on the weight of your package and where it's being shipped to. If you have any questions or concerns about the fees, please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Each item is made to order and will ship within 1-2 weeks (customized items may take longer). Once shipped orders are generally received within 5 business days depending on the shipping method you slect at checkout. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
While we will do all that we can to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner, Winnie Jean cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather and service interruptions.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped First Class or Priority Mail with the USPS, depending on which service you select at checkout. I have partnered with amazing vendors around the country to provide you with high quality items. Due to the nature of each product, items ordered together may be shipped separately. You will receive an email confirmation (with tracking) each time an item is shipped out.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at this time.
BACK ORDERED AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Certain items will say "Pre-Order" in the title and/or description itself because we allow our customer's to order certain high demand items in advance. In the description of each pre-order or back ordered item you'll find an estimated ship date. This is only an estimation and this date can change at any time based on availability. If you order numerous items both pre-order and in stock your shipment will not ship out until all items are in stock. If you'd like your in-stock items to ship immediately (an additional shipping fee may apply), please email email@example.com.
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed by our warehouse. Please reach out (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Most of our products are made-to-order therefore no refunds or exchanges will be issued. If your order is wrong or comes damaged in any way please send an email to email@example.com with photos and details.
Once your order has been picked up by USPS, Winnie Jean is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost in transit or if it says delivered but you did not receive it, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with USPS.
