WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Most of our products are made-to-order therefore no refunds or exchanges will be issued. If your order is wrong or comes damaged in any way please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and details.
Once your order has been picked up by USPS, Winnie Jean is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost in transit or if it says delivered but you did not receive it, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with USPS.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Winnie Jean E-Gift Cards.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Unfortunately I have to pay "the man" just like you, and am required by the state of Ohio to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to an Ohio address. Sorry y'all!
HOW MUCH WILL MY SHIPPING COSTS BE?
Shipping rates will depend on the weight of your package and where it's being shipped to. If you have any questions or concerns about the fees, please email them to email@example.com.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Each item is made to order and will ship within 1-2 weeks (customized items may take longer). Once shipped orders are generally received within 5 business days depending on the shipping method you slect at checkout. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
While we will do all that we can to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner, Winnie Jean cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather and service interruptions.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped First Class or Priority Mail with the USPS, depending on which service you select at checkout. I have partnered with amazing vendors around the country to provide you with high quality items. Due to the nature of each product, items ordered together may be shipped separately. You will receive an email confirmation (with tracking) each time an item is shipped out.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, not at this time. However, in the instance an exception is made, Winnie Jean is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to your order. All international orders are shipped First Class by the United States Postal Service.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes! Our E-Gift Cards make great gifts!

This is a one woman show so there are no customer service reps waiting to take your call. If you have a question or concern the best way to get in touch is by filling out the contact form.
I LIVE IN/NEARBY GERMANTOWN. DO YOU HAVE A BRICK AND MORTAR STORE I CAN VISIT?
At this time I do not have a brick and mortar shop and while I'd love for y'all to stop by, I currently have a closed studio. An outside location may be available for order pickup so please reach out if you have any questions.
MAY I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
I do take a very small number of custom orders each quarter. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we can discuss details further.
