MAY I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
At this time we are not accepting any custom orders. We do hope you'll find something you're looking for in our shop.
CAN YOU MAKE ME A CUSTOM GOLD FOIL PRINT?
No. What you see in our shop is what we currently have available for purchase. There are no more options "in the back". We are continually working on new products and will announce those releases on our blog, newsletter and social media platforms.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGN/BRAND DEVELOPMENT?
We are no longer accepting any custom design or branding projects. We are currently working on a list of other professionals that we know and trust to take good care of you.
DO YOU EVER OFFER DISCOUNTS OR COUPON CODES?
We do occasionally have sales and these will be announced to our newsletter subscribers and Instagram, Facebook and Twitter followers. We also have a "Sale" category in the shop where you can see any items currently on sale.

DO YOU OFFER LETTERPRESS PRINTING?
While we think letterpress is a beautiful art, it's not how we do things around here. The majority of our products are printed digitally.
WHAT IS YOUR NUMBER? CAN I CALL YOU?
We are a very small online shop and at this time to do not offer over-the-phone customer service. If you have a question or concern please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fill out our contact form.
I LIVE IN (OR I'M COMING TO) GERMANTOWN. DO YOU HAVE A BRICK AND MORTAR STORE I CAN VISIT?
At this time we do not have a brick and mortar shop and while we would love for y'all to stop by, we currently have a closed studio.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Winnie Jean E-Gift Cards.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Unfortunately we have to pay "the man" just like you, and we are required by the state of Ohio to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a Ohio address. Sorry y'all!
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Our E-Gift Cards make great gifts!
WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF OF MY STAMP BEFOREHAND?
Yes and no. Stamp proofs are not provided for With Love, State or Monogram stamps. A stamp proof is always sent for address stamp orders after purchase is made and we have received the necessary information. We will then email you a proof and your approval is needed before the order is sent into production.
CAN I GET PRINT "X" IN A SMALLER/LARGER SIZE?
We have the sizes available listed with each print. We only offer the sizes available and do not take custom requests.
CAN MY PRINT BE FRAMED?
We are excited to be able to offer framing in several different sizes for our flat printed art prints (gold foil prints are not available for framing at this time). Our frames are black, wood frames with acrylic front protector. They are lightweight, shatter resistant and proudly made in the USA. The frames have a 1" border making the final diameter of a framed print 1" larger all around. For examples, our 10" x 10" art prints will be 12" x 12" once framed.
Frames are wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches. Then they are wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap and wrapped once again in a thicker more durable bubble wrap, adding extra protection during shipment.
While this is uncommon, if your frame breaks during shipment, please email email@example.com and we will reship your order to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.

HOW MUCH WILL MY SHIPPING COSTS BE?
Because we know what a huge bummer shipping prices can be when shopping online, we have a flat shipping rate of $6. If you have any questions or concerns about the fees, please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most in-stock items, requiring no customization, ship within 2-3 business days from our TN studio although some items may take longer to process. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5 business days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Items sent directly from our suppliers (t-shirts and pillows) may take longer to arrive.
While we will do all that we can to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner, Winnie Jean cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather and service interruptions.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Domestic orders are shipped First Class with the USPS unless otherwise stated. You will receive an email confirmation (with tracking) when your order has shipped.
Please note that items ordered together may be shipped separately. For instance, if you purchase an art print and a return address stamp, we want to make sure your print does not get bent in transit so those two items would be shipped separately. Occasionally some items may be backordered or out of stock. You will be emailed in a timely manner should this happen. We're on it!
MY PACKAGE CAME BENT. I WANT A NEW ONE. WHEN WILL YOU SEND IT?
Darn! It's such a bummer when the post office doesn't handle our packages with the care they deserve. Once they leave our little studio we have absolutely no control over how they are handled. We want you to be completely satisfied and overjoyed with your Winnie Jean purchase so we are more than happy to send a second complimentary item to make up for the USPS mistake.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, not at this time. However, in the instance an exception is made, Winnie Jean is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to your order. All international orders are shipped First Class by the United States Postal Service.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All items (excluding personalized and sale items) purchased from Winnie Jean may be returned within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact us (email@example.com) and let us know you will be returning the item and why. Winnie Jean is not responsible for any shipping fees incurred. Once we have received the item and have made sure it is not damaged and it is in its original packaging, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item only. We will NOT refund any shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged due to post office negligence we ask that you contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a photo and we will do our best to help you.
